Refund & Return Policy

At HS Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Damaged, used, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
